The Brief – To create a user-friendly site which could cope with the growing demands of the business and which the client could easily manage in-house.
The Method –
Designed a new website based on client’s requirements including tidying up the information flow, the user interface and the structure of the holiday display architecture

Created bespoke content management system
Incorporated marketing tools such as ‘call to action’ buttons to increase and track conversion rates
Key achievements –
Clear navigation on the site with a clear fresh design
Conversion rates increased from 1.5% to 2.5% - an overall 66% increase in business conversion – in the first month alone (and before the search promotion work had taken hold)
Due to the increase in natural SEO, the client has been able to reduce investment in Google Adwords
The site is now consistently top ten ranking for all it’s main key phrases in Google
