		<description>@Chetan - One of the biggest stumbling blocks to a more social corporate websites is that companies are very worried about enabling free comment and interaction on their site. I think the worry generally is that they may get competitors trying to rubbish them, or unhappy customers may air complaints. In my experience this is almost always unfounded, even in th unlikely event that there are negative comments, dealing with issues in a timely and postive manner can actually show the company in a positive light.</description>
