Boisdale

As Boisdale's Jazz and Cigar club membership grew, so did the problems of managing subscribers with an old access database. They were opening new venues too, so a print out list of members in one venue was no longer viable.  

We built a membership management system and an e-commerce site to transform member management into an automated error free system. Member retention grew as reminders were now automated, costs fell as manual input was reduced.  

Oh, we also built an interbranch stock ordering system too whilst we were at it to cut down on the faxes and emails going back and forth and to remove error from this process.
