Bespoke Events Booking System

This site is a full event management application developed for the specific requirements of Twisted Thread. This includes video and image galleries of the events which are fully updateable by the Twisted Thread team.

All ticketing is handled online, including bookings for workshops and seminars. This was a vast improvement from the previous website where bookings were made online and had to rekeyed into a separate application. Customers can now log in and view their own account histories and tickets.

The site is a bespoke adaptation of our full e-commerce system which allows Twisted Thread to have full control of products and customer information.

The team at Datadial are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and as well as teaching us how to use the system they are always coming up with new ideas of how we can use the internet to expand our business. After years of frustration it is a great pleasure, at last, to feel that we are in control of our own website!
