Conversion rates and SEO results had dropped since a recent site rebuild. This can happen unfortunately if SEO is not embedded into the redesign process. Our task was to get the site back to where it had once been and to build on from there.
The solution
We fixed the myriad of issues affecting the performance of the site including site speed, navigation issues, incorrect redirects.
Results
Within a few weeks of correcting the onsite issues the orders for baby products started to increase to near same levels as before. We continue to build links via digital PR, content marketing and traffic via PPC.

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Naturalmat is the UK’s leading manufacturer of organic mattresses. Handmade in Devon, their mattresses are supplied worldwide to hotel chains and direct to consumers via their stores and their website.

Naturalmat had outgrown their old website and needed a new digital presence to help progress their next phase of growth. We identified issues with their old site such as missing ‘trust signals’, a confusing user journey and a CMS platform that was
becoming obsolete and not fit for future growth…
WHAT WE DID FOR THEM
We moved Naturalmat over to Magento – the world’s leading ecommerce platform. By performing a detailed competitor analysis, we were able to identify the full search demand landscape and create granular, faceted navigation for an improved user journey that also allowed for greatly improved SEO performance.
Trust factors like testimonials, reviews and product USPs were brought to the fore in our design and the speed and performance of the site dramatically increased. The new Naturalmat site looks stunning and works brilliantly for users and for the client
administrating it.
