Terms, Conditions & Privacy

By using the Datadial reputation monitoring tools ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Datadial reserves the right to change and update the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The Service is delivered online and hence there is no physical delivery.

Transaction currency

We are a UK-based company and we accept payments in GBP only. Prices are displayed in other currencies on the website for guidance only.

The Service is a month-to-month pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds (partial or full). You are billed every month in advance for the Service (at the level you have selected).

  1. You can cancel the Service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.
  2. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. A phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel by cancelling the subscription through your online account. If you have any problems or do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, please email info@datadial.net
  3. Your account details may be deleted from the Service at any time after cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
  4. Datadial, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Datadial service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account.

  1. Your credit card information is processed by SagePay. They ensure that all payment details are passed only over secure, encrypted connections and that your details are stored and handled appropriately.
  2. Other information passed to and retrieved from Datadial cannot be guaranteed to be secure as it passes over unencrypted connections - much like normal web searches and email.

  1. We take your privacy very seriously. We will not disclose any of your information to any third party except where required to by law.
  2. We may email you from time to time in order to let you know about service updates, planned maintenance or special offers. If you do not wish to receive these updates, please indicate your preference when you create your account.
  3. On the public areas of the website, we use analytics software to understand sources of visitors and to improve the website.
  4. We use cookies to enable the functionality of the site.
