This is a new role that has been created to further develop and implement Datadial’s strategy for client services.
The main focus will be on establishing high-level relationships with main accounts and helping to take responsibility for advising and helping clients achieve success online, whilst of course managing and nurturing a small team of developers and online marketers.
Your main responsibilities with include taking a strategic overview of where the agency is with key accounts and mapping out business opportunities, making sure each account has a clear plan in place for growth. You will need to lead by example, showing your team what great account management looks likes which in turn will help them strengthen their own client relations (hopefully).
Obviously at this senior level you will also play a large part in ensuring that the agency has the right mix of skills aligned with client needs and that all sources of potential income within accounts are being identified and explored. In short, shaping and creating a culture that actively generates new business in our main accounts.
To be considered for this significant role, you will need to show a strong background in client services within an agency environment.
You need to be able to pitch to potential clients and follow through on onboarding.
It goes without saying you will be excellent at managing relationships and people and be able to lead and inspire a team.
You will be committed to staying on top of new developments in the industry.
